Darcy has over 35 years of law enforcement and private security expertise.
He served in various positions including Field Training Officer, Undercover Narcotics Officer, Detective, and Patrol Executive Lieutenant before retiring from the position of Executive Lieutenant of the Special Investigations/Narcotics Enforcement for the Warren, Michigan police department, a municipality that borders Detroit.
During his tenure with the Warren PD, Darcy served various positions on the SWAT team for 23 years, managing numerous high-risk incidents before retiring as the Commander.
Darcy is responsible for developing an executive protection team, investigation team, and training program for multiple Fortune 500 conglomerates. He also previously served as Senior Instructor/Coordinator for the Macomb Emergency Services Training Center and SWAT Basic/Advanced School. Darcy is a graduate student in Emergency Management. He is currently the security director for one of the largest security teams in the United States.
